Yes he did redlight as shown on the board with the .354 reaction time. The ET is the time the staging beam is broken to the end beam at the end of the quarter. In other words he ran a 9.9 but lost the race.- not stock

Buying used Viper, am I being unreasonable here?
Just reading what you stated I would be cautious. There is no reason he can not send the title signed without the information fill in to his attorney. This is done on a daily basis at many car dealers. Then when the money changes hand and the car is in your possession you have the title...- not stock
