    Tire pics.

    I am trying to decide which tire I want to use on my car. I was pretty convinced that I wanted the Khumo until several people said that it just looks ugly against the rim. Could someone post pictures of the Khumo, BF Goodrich, Michellin, and maybe the Pirelli? Thanks.

    Timing cover removal.

    I am unable to do a search for some reason. What parts need to come off in order to change the timing cover gasket? I have the alluminum bracket, water pump, air filter housing, and hoses off allready. What special tools do I need? Thanks

    pictures of vacuum lines.

    Does anyone have a good picture or possibly the workshop manual print for the vacuum lines on a gen 2 ? I did take some pictures before I did the work but one is not very clear. Thanks.

    What did I do wrong?

    I replaced the spark plugs (.35) originals. I took off the intake to replace the thermostat. Now that I have everything back together I started it and it stumbled for a few seconds and then started to race. I only let it get to 2400 rpm but it felt like it would have gotten higher had I let it...

    Under heavy braking conditions......

    I know that oil can spill out of the engine under heavy braking. However I am unsure if it just spills out or if it goes into the cooling system. 1. Where does it go? 2. Can water somehow spill into the engine? Thanks

    I am changing out my 10 year old plugs. Should I stay with the same? I pulled out a (Champion RC12LYC)is this stock? It looks like it burned perfectly. Is there something better? Thanks

    What else should I do.

    Now that I have taken my heads off to install new gaskets is there anything that I can or should do while they are off? I am only changing them out because a few people suggested it due to the possibility of a leak with the old gaskets.

    I have my intake off while I am changing my thermostat. My buddy says that with the history of bad head gaskets on the 96's I should go ahead and change them while I am in there. What do you guys think? If yes does anyone have a set for sale?? Thanks

    Tips on how to remove your water pump.

    Find your nearest viper tech... Then take your car there.... What a pain in the rear!! I finally took the strut brace off, took off all of the hoses, cleaned the gasket off of the engine and put everything back on. Four and a half hours later I am filling fluids. I consider myself an above...

    Do I need to remove the strut brace.....

    ... in order to remove the water pump. It needs about 1/2cm to clear. I am just unsure if by removing it this will affect my allignment ir if I will have trouble replacing it. Thanks , Martin
