I agree. I had a cobra mustang when I was 18 years old. Kids can work hard and afford them. Its a whole different story for vipers. You just dont see them and they are in a whole different class.
You will be being asked to race by 18 year old kids every week ! haha
Dude your worried about rotational mass weight when you've been driving on run craps for who knows how many years? Which are the worst and heaviest tires there are. LOL
Just bought a set of super sports from viper parts of america for $1495! With free shipping. $169 cheaper than tire rack plus shipping savings! Do these tires have a viper specific compound?
Great picture! I have the same car! I have #49 of #50. If I recall correctly you have #50 of #50? Good to see a fellow brother driving with the top down frequently. I drive mine with the top down all the time in the summertime. Miss those days!
I agree because thats when the horsepower advantage will catch up. I hate the gtr ricermobile but agree with the 3 or 4 people above that said awd makes a car faster off the line.
Ive had my 05 viper for about 4 years and havnt had about any repairs on it at all and drove it alot in the summertime. Its supercharged so I dont know if they would cover stuff but I probably would have bought it for $1400 cause thats pretty cheap! But just to throw in my car hasnt had any...
Are you worried about the car potentially being stolen now that somebody has the keys to the car? Is it worth having the actual key to the car changed to a different key?
Yep the GTR will be faster 0-60 because it has AWD. They won't put AWD on the viper because all the viper faithful would CRY AND CRY AND CRY just like they did with traction control and the thought of egear and paddle shifters which would make shifting faster with modern technology! Oh cry me a...
Yea but they wont put Trofeo's on as oem tires from the factory. From what Ive read though they are better than the pilot sport cups though but very very hard to get for some reason.
Also as Steve-Indy said, your car can sit all winter without having to run it. Just keep it on a battery tender and do an oil change and rotate tires etc. Just dont start it up every month and only let it run for 10 minutes, thats even worse on an engine.
I would check every fuse first with a...
