    08 OEM Exhaust

    The North Carolina region had a dyno day this past weekend and a new ACR with 1500 miles and Belanger headers and full exhaust pulled 582 rwhp on the dyno. Dynojet at Mayhem motorsports. 500 hp SRT 10 and coupe were pulling 433 and 432 for comparison.

    ACR whoops F430 and CRUSHES ZR-1 in new C&D road course test.

    Don't know where they came up with 62,000$ for the Z51, just picked up a brand new one with GM supplier for just over 41,000. Don't quite understand why they use the 4.2 mile course instead of the 3.7 mile course. The big cube cars would really stretch their legs on the shorter course !

    Starting question...

    My wife's mercedes was dying when she was driving it and the crank spark trigger sensor (or whatever it's called) was bad. Would be right back to normal when the car cooled off. You also might want to check that your plug wires have not lost conductivity due to heat.

    2008 viper heads - pics + flow #'s

    Are the shaft mounted rockers stock from the factory? Looks like they really unshrouded the valves, opened up the "d" shaped exhaust ports, and went to a more rectangular vs oval type intake port. Could still go with an offset rocker arm to get the pushrod restriction out of the intake port...

    2nd Dyno after DC Performance

    Welcome to the stock cylinder head 273cfm intake and weak cam. Get yourself a set of stryker or ported heads and a decent cam and you should see 40 to 50 more hp. Come to think of it the dang exhaust ports stink also.

    Stryker heads sold through http://www.jmcylinderheads.com and I believe they are very expensive @7000$ Other alternatives Louthan cylinder head porting. Port Pros cylinder head porting.
