    the rubber boot seems to be intact, just "extended" a bit. Should I worry, or can I still drive the car and service it later?

    What do you suggest I do? I tightened the bolt somewhat, then I drove the car, checked it and there seemed to be no grease pile up. Can it be driven in this condition without damage to other components?

    The title may not be clear, but I have enclosed a picture to show the area in question. I have a 2000GTS I removed the driver side rear wheel and noticed a clump of grease above the control arm, near the round "screw tip" above the black rounded part. I'm not sure how severe this problem is...

    best affordable track tire

    Toyo Proxes RA1. Great tire, excellent life, and good in the rain. Not as sticky at the hoosier, but will last much longer then the hoosier. Much cheaper too. Can be driven on the street to and from events also. I actually use them as my streeet tires. Good Luck

An STi... well that's a 4 banger Subaru that will hang with a Viper --older ones--(especially around tight corners).Straight line their quick also. Much more stable and forgiving.     New Battery Suggestions

    The Positive Terminal was not modified, it was the negative terminal which I shaved a few millimeters. I also plan on using a tender. I'm not sure why, but some of the posts said not to shave the terminal, but I had no problem.
