in the past,Steve would usually respond to a post of someone not receiving parts from him, with some sort of justification for the parts not being available or whatever-now the silence is deafening-looks like he's gone!
I agree with most everything you said and restoration guides would be great for a 50 year old car-but where are the parts to restore it with?-Dodge isn't making them-I can't even get parts for my 01 viper now-what's going to happen 20 years down the road-The reason the 50's and 60''s muscle cars...
well, hopefully he has because you can't ride around with the roof off and carry the hard top-he would need to carry a waterproof car cover in the trunk if he does not have a soft roof-just insurance against getting caught in a sudden rain storm
There are great vendors on here in addition to those you mentioned-however there are a few that may leave something to be desired-I like to read the Vendor section and see the feedback people have from dealing with the different vendors on here-then you can make your decisions on who to deal...
That's assuming you will be driving it with the roof off and you have a soft roof-otherwise get yourself a good waterproof car cover and keep that in the trunk!!
very nice-practice taking that soft roof on and off -being able to take it out of the trunk and getting it back on the car is a good thing when it starts raining !!!
Thanks for the input guys-ellow-actually the car had less than 10,000 miles when I bought it-so I guess I didn't do too bad-I'll just enjoy it like you guys suggested!
