    I had a similar noise....turned out to be the front hub nut was loose, they do not use a cotter pin to prevent from loosening?

    Jeezzz! You make it sound like you are going to be driving a Lada!!! Even if you do break down a lot of the parts you need are probably on the shelf of a local Chrysler dealer to get you back on the road. 80,000 miles is okay if it has been maintained. Enjoy the drive! :eater:

    If I am not the original owner of the car will I be notified? Does this include all 2003-4 models regardless of who the current owner is? When the part is available is the onus on the current owner to request this recall? Thanks in advance for any further info. :dunno:

    That was the reason I had to replace my windshield.....the installer warned me that he had a less than 50:50 chance to remove the windshield without breaking it, unfortunately it broke:omg: The new rubber weather strip was included with the new windshield, that would be pretty chintzy to put...

    Unfortunately I had to replace mine because of a leaking weatherstrip. Here in Ontario, Canada we have a company called Apple Auto Glass, they only charged $500 for my 04 windshield. Not sure if you have them in the states......
