Ha! I was having a tough time keeping my iPhone on the dash, otherwise I would have gone a lot heavier on the throttle. I'm gonna miss that car but I'll be back as soon as the cash allows it!
I'm not happy about it but I need the cash. Someone's going to get a great deal!

I just went through the same thing. 06 with 15K on it and the driver's side cat failed. Sounded like the exhaust on that side was plugged up, grey dust was inside the exhaust tip and the check engine light came on. Luckily it failed about 1/2 a mile from my house, so I was able to get it home...
I'm in search of someone to install a pair of Roe Racing high flow cats on my 06. Chuck Tator usually works on my car but a haul down to NY isn't in the cards for me right now. I've looked high and low, I can't believe there aren't any good speed shops south of Boston! I already tried Lou's...
Can any of you comment on the difference in volume between a stock Gen 4 and a Corsa cat back exhaust? I bought my car with Corsa pipes on it last year and although I love the sound, the drone is bothering me so I'm considering putting a stock Gen 4 system on instead. Will this solve my problem...
I saw that in the manual. Unfortunately neither of my fobs work, I pulled the batteries out of both at the same time. The car is unlocked and runs, just can't use the remotes. Might have to bring it to the dealer to get them reprogrammed.
I figured I'd be proactive and replace the batteries in my keyless remote. Consulted the manual, bought some CR2016's, installed them... and now my remote doesn't work. Does it need to be reprogrammed, or something else?
Thanks, Matt
Clearly there are a lot of wealthy people on here. I just bought my 2006 SRT Roadster last year at age 44 and that's after working 60 hours a week for the last 15 years. Even still, the bank owns half of my car! Not saying I was saving to get this car for 15 years but there were just too many...
I actually bought the 9500ix 3 weeks ago and it's been working quite well. I'm thinking about exchanging it for the iq though. At first I figured I didn't need a windshield mounted GPS because I've got it in my iPhone but I'm second guessing that decision now. I spoke with Escort and they claim...
When I was shopping in July I found a 2003 at a dealer in Boston with 14K miles on it and they wanted $44k for it. I didn't buy the car but they sold it fairly quickly at that price, so I can see why a car with 700 miles would be worth $50k.
FYI, if you take your time and hold out for the right...
Cool! Thanks Sal. Does the power cable unplug from the mirror easily? I'm a little confused which product I should buy on the Inviscord website, they list Micro Versions and Standard Versions. Is 8" what you used?
I searched but couldn't find... Have any of you guys hardwired your Escort 9500ix into the rear view mirror? If so, what do I need and how do I do it?
Thanks!
Matt
I'm curious... why do you think you'll drive a ZR1 more than the Viper? And why do some of the posts above reference the ZR1 as a better DD than a Viper? I owned a C6 Z51 Vette for 3 years and bought a 2006 SRT10 Roadster 3 months ago. I'm DD-ing my Viper, just like I DD'd the Vette before I...
