I used my hydraulic press to press the old ones out, used a little bit of heat to make them break loose a bit easier, no big deal actually. The assembly was a piece of cake.
I just finished installing Energy Suspensions control arm bushings and sway arm bushings. Pretty easy to do and the bushings looked ok.
I bought them from Ultrarev, email them and you will get an even better price.

That thread is a few months old by now though. I guess the prices has gone up a bit for the summer season - hopefully they will come down again in a few months...
Yes but in the automotive business you have to design the vehicle so that EVERY single one thats rolls off the assembly line is able to go for xxxxxx amount of miles without a hickup. So the performance is limited by the least well manufactured parts beeing used on the assembly line.
