Well after getting a new Clutch master, slave and clutch the bird cage is no longer holding on. It work OK for about a month (1000 miles or so after the intall) then the birdcage broke. Ordered three more. I installed a new one and it broke again after 500 miles and then installed the second...
I had the Clutch slave and mater changed 'bout a month ago. Now I've had to change the bird cage twice and it came apart again this morning. Is there any other part beside the bird cage? Also the ridge that it clips onto appear to be deed enough to hold it all together. Am I doing something...
My car is at the dealer just needed the clutch blead. The tech left without finishing. They have had the cAr parts since Friday still not finished. I wanted some amo when I talk to the service manager in the morning
I'm have to replace the slave cylinder so I'm changing out the clutch and flywheel withExedy and Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel. Should I also change the shifter if I do how much additional effort is it? Car is mostly stock with 33k miles.
My drive way is a little steep. IF I don't hit it at the exact right angle my front valance will drag. DOes anyone have one? My concern is if the front part of the guard will push up into the bumber and rub or scratch.
