My tires are date code 2016 and 2017, and I don’t find them to be terribly bad.
They slip nicely for burnouts and donuts but otherwise they are confidence inspiring.
I do take it very easy if the roads are wet but otherwise I just drive it like I want and have no concerns.
Hey everyone I figured it out.
The problem is that I couldn’t flex the window enough to get the pin out of the “truck”
But today I tried again and had the idea to loosen up the rearward track so it would flex more.
It worked perfectly. I loosened up just the one screw (shown in the picture with...
I’m not pis ed off. Not at all.
I’m laughing that I found the pathetic loser on this forum who enjoys trolling people for an innocent comment.
I’ve been on a few forums and there’s always one.
Found ya!
Well I dug in.
Carefully as possible.
The motor DOES run when the button is pushed.
And I saw the cable wheel had come unassembled
So I dug further. I remove the gold spring clip that holds the window to the moving ‘truck’ but I can’t get the window removed from the ‘truck’. Any ideas?

Here I am now with a small business that's growing and doing well, also had some blessing on two real estate deals, and I bought a 2008 Corvette (base model). It...
Your post on Sept 12 says you’re selling a set of 17”.
Now you’re saying 18/19”.
Also the Sept 12 post shows four Michelin Pilot Sport. And mixed in is a pic of tread pattern that’s not Michelins Pilot Sport.
Please clarify.
Are you Brian?
There’s another one this Saturday 11am in Lake Wales. It’s a charity deal for a kid that was recently diagnosed with leukemia. You should go, or at least spread the word.
I really appreciate your post.
My biggest question is - does the gear swap make 1st gear somewhat useless? Is it just wheelspin? or do you find yourself starting off in 2nd gear a lot for convenience?
A guy in may area claims to have a few dozen Viper rear-ends sitting on a shelf at his place. And he offered me a 3.42 (three forty-something) ready to bolt in.
I've been thinking a lot about that.
