04Mamba....I too am still waiting on my Wavetrac. I called them a week ago and they stated the they are having problems with the stub axles and are " in the process of QCing them" . Beyond frustrated with them.
I bought my GEN 3 with 27000 miles all original in Ohio. About 250 miles from my house in Michigan. Ran and drove flawlessly. I guess I put a lot of trust in that care for my maiden voyage. Good luck, hope its what you're looking for.
Well, I went and ordered a Wavetrac. Its back ordered but since its time to put her to bed for the winter I'm not concerned about the wait. I'll just pick away at maintenance stuff for now. Thanks for all the input.

I am a new GEN 3 owner. 2003 to be specific. I am considering a Wavetrac differential due to my diff being *****. My question is....are the Wavetrac stub axles the same as OEM? Is the unit plug and play for the most part? Thank you in advance for any information the group can provide
I appreciate all the input from everyone. Being a new owner, all that information helps. When my car started making noise, I immediately took it to one of the only 3 Viper certified mechanics left in Michigan. Along with the racket the car was making, I had him go over it from front to back...
