3:30 or so gears?

im told those are pretty good gears at that ratio for our cars. I drove a 355 I think gear car and didnt like it.

Andrew2KRT10, BTW, I prefer 220, because, as you know, "it's all ball bearings these days" :D

If the redline in 4th is more than your potential trap speed in the quarter mile I cannot see any down side of having the shortest gear possible. After about a month of driving I love my 3.55s.

it seems with the horsepower increase you reach a point where the 4th to 5th shift becomes necessary. the 3:33 may eliminate that without going all the way back to the 3:07's. it is what I am about to try.
