If that is the car from when I asked about the car fax then I have a little bit of info.
Car came from out of state when the owner I met moved to Houston. Owner was a nice guy and said he was looking at selling it so he could buy a Ford Gt. When I was looking I think he was asking 39k. He ended up trading it in to a local wholesale dealer for around 37k or so. It stayed at the dealer for a while since that was right when the market for Vipers started to drop. After it left that dealer I never saw it again.
From what I remember it is 100% stock except for some metal rub protectors on the nose of the car (I hear they are common, just never seen them before). There was a scrape on the drivers/passenger side sill that came from a rock getting stuck when the previous owner shut the door. I drove the car when I met the owner and then again later when it was at the dealer. Everything seemed to be good shape.
Other than that I don't know much else. Car fax was clean but that was years ago so I might be mixing it up with another. I can always go check it out again if you want someone else to look it over with ya.
