99-01 Wheel Lug Nuts

Are the Lug nuts on the 99-01 wheels different than those on my 98 GTS? Are they chrome plated, or is there simply a chrome cap that fits over them?

On my 2000 it's a chrome cap, looks like those on my Grand Cheroke, for which the cap tends to get loose and fall off.
