A day at the spa for its 3rd anniversary

I didn't know it until this morning, but today is the 3 year anniversary of me buying the McHooterMobile (McV for short) The car spent its anniversary at the dealership getting the full treatment. Not planned this way, just worked out to be a nice birthday present for the car Services done:

Coolant flush
Transmission drain and fill
4 part fuel induction system service
Brake fluid change
Clutch fluid change
Differential fluid change
New PCV valve
New fuel filter

I'll be doing new plugs, AB's wires and an oil change myself to complete the maintenance stuff. The power steering fluid was changed when I upgraded to Dave's Big Brakes billet aluminum pulley and bracket a couple months ago.

If the weather is nice (doubtful for now ), we'll be having the car's anniversary party at ******* this weekend I'll be sure to take a camera


All in all, the car has been ROCK solid for 3 years. The only problem I can remember is a leaky oil cooler line. I bought it with 51,370 miles on it. As it sits in the garage now, 81,485 miles 10k/year on a weekend only playtoy 3 years, 30k miles, 30k ******* visits, and a smile that is as big today as the day I bought it. Here's to another 3/30k/30k

I spent almost $500 on the services today, so prob not gonna get a ring, but I will eat a piece of ******* chocolate mousse cake in her honor this weekend 200k may be pushing it, but if I continue on this trend of 10k/yr (which I plan on), I'll be posting the 100k shot around March 2010 . But, if all goes right, the 200k shot will be posted March 2020

That's too long to wait. I figure I'll get from 29K to 50,000 by fall. I shouldn't be too far behind your 100K. I've only got 30,000, but I'm trying to fix that.
