Hmmm. I was reading Chris Marshall's post earlier, and it was really the first time I had paid attention to any dimension sizes other than the weight. 84.9 inches wide?????? I know what the 75.7 involves from our current version because of my trailer. I haul with the widest legal trailer, a 102" Pace "widebody", which has 96" between inner walls, but only 81" between the inner fenderwells. My current GTS fits "snugly", with about 2" to spare on each side where the rear wheels sit, with part of them just inside the fenderwell area for proper weight distribution.

Again, is this a misprint? Is this car actually almost 10 inches WIDER than out current car? For what it's worth, I've never even SEEN any trailer, even an open one, with more than approximately 83" between the wheel wells.

Umm, Dodge...... is my new 2003 going to be able to fit into anything but a Reliable carrier..... without having to build special interior ramping systems on all normal car haulers??????
That would be a HUGE problem. I would love to come do a CAAP pickup with my trailer this time. Is it going to fit???????

Not sure if it's a misprint but wouldn't be surprised. Current car is already plenty wide and the Humvee isn't part of the competetive set for the Gen III to best of my knowledge.

If not a misprint, my initial hopes for Gen IV are less wide, less weight and a few more curves - oh, and a coupe at intro, please.

King, you don't have to buy a new trailer yet unless the one you have is dirty. The real spec 76.2 ". You won't even have to adjust the mirror in the trailer.
