Hey everyone, i am about to buy a '99 viper, and i am not sure if i should pay the extra money for the ACR. i like the ACR wheels and the 4 point harness the most. i am not going to race/Auto cross it that much if at all.
i am going to mod the crap out of it though :]

So is it worth it?? does it ride to hard for everyday use?? any comments/suggestions??

Thanks in edvance.

Themash,
I have had GTS's and my current ACR.
I like the ACR (more toys), but if your not going to use it on
the track then maybe it's not that important. If your going to
"mod the crap out of it" anyway you can get a GTS for less and
put what ever wheels you want on it plus a seat harness doesn't cost too much.

Good luck

If you are going to "mod the crap out of it", I would say no to the ACR package and spend that money on modifications. This has been debated several time, search the site for old post about it.

The ACR is a road racer and should be used as such. I drove mine on the South Course at Pocono yesterday and still can't wipe the SEG off my face. What an awesome car .....
