My Viper arrived from Woodhouse exactly one month ago today. However, upon opening the trunk, I did not find a soft top or cockpit cover.
I called Bill, and he explained that the previous owner did not turn them over to him, and that everything the car came with would have been in it, which I understood, afterall it was a used car purchase.
Well, as I said, we're now exactly one month later, and a huge UPS package was waiting on my porch, from Woodhouse Dodge. It was the softtop and cockpit cover. Bill and Nancy had worked to contact the previous owner and get the items, and then ship them to me (45 lbs worth) on their dime.
A month after the sale was completed, Bill is still going the extra mile to satisfy us. Every bit of his stellar reputation is well deserved.
