best paint shop?

I need to get my sills repainted as well as the valve covers. anyone reccomend a shop or have experience with this stuff?

I think im just going to have the valve covers painted to match the car as the factory paint may be hard to match or get.

P.S. anything in southern/central alberta is fine. calgary, red deer, lethbridge.

I recomend powdercoating valve covers and intake.
