car running crazy, cutting out on me off and on, ???

98 GTS Twin turbo with AEM. As i drive the car, the computer seems to cut out on me for just a split second, every 20-45 seconds, and sometimes it may go for as long as 2 minutes? changed spark plugs and wires, re-tuned car, fuel is not to rich or lean, right where it needs to be. Put a new cam sensor in, still the same problem. It is a constant interference is the good news, but cant seem to trace the wiring problem, any ideas? AEM thinks there is something causing an interference with the computer and it is all the time? Any help please

is there a easier way to find the problem other than going to each wire and tracing it to see if there is a break or something or what as I am up for any ideas? Could the problem be in the AEM or would it show the problem on the computer if it did have an issue? thnx

check the cam sensor if it's not throwing codes

I already put a new cam sensor in, guess I should try the crank sensor, anything else?
