i searched in the marketplace and went through several sites. autoform has one, but not in carbon.. thanks.

your supposed to drill holes in the fascia ! (x2 for each canard)
but i just used black 3M tape and then stuck color matched dome caps over the pre-drilled holes, and they have stayed on for years

the factory corner markers arent legal in the UK, so we have to unfortunately fit extra ones, the factory lights are supposed to be disconnected over here

Feel free to PM me and I can follow this up at work. We made all the GTSR carbon fiber body parts originally, I know we may be selling a diffuser we had in storage, will know for sure in a week or so if it's gone. It's a slightly expensive option if you really need an original one and if you can't find a less expensive aftermarket solution.
