Cat Bypass

I've got a 2000 GTS with smooth tubes, K+N's, VEC1, and a Borla cat-back exhaust. I'm wondering who sells cat bypass pipes and how much they cost? Do you have to do any cutting or welding? I'm also thinking about getting a set of headers, and I wonder if which brand of header I buy will affect what type of cat bypass pipe will work. How much hp is gained by bypassing the cats with these mods?
