Commémorative Plaque out of a 2005 Dodge Cooperhead

I am looking for some help in finding a a Commemorative Plaque out of a 2005 Dodge Cooperhead. In mine someone added a fiber carbon console and replaced the original shifter console. Thus it is gone.

I need one to take to a engraver to make a copy, right size, color etc.

So if anyone knows of one out of a salvaged 2005 Cooperhead or where I can get a reproduction made it would be a great help.
