Differences between 05-06 roadster

Just purchased a new 05 roadster and would like to know the differences between the years. I noticed that the HP rating is lower in the 05. I take it DC went through the SAE process to rate 06 HP figures. Does that mean there are changes to the engines?

There are NO engine changes from 05 - 06. The only engine changes were in 1996 & 2003. As for your car. The only changes for 2006 to my knowledge are the different color choices available. No engine changes and no Horsepower changes.

the 06's all come pre-wires for Sirus. 05's and 06's run different bearings then the other years. (ad subsiquently run lower oil pressure at idle.)
