looking to get a set of drag race wheels or Rims for some Mickey Thompson or Hooiser tires. I see most drag cars use Weld Pro star wheels and was wondering if they will fit a viper in the rears. does anyone have pics?

thanks

Dimitrios I have seen them on a Viper. Weld will make you wheels for your car, or just about any car.

FYI, Centerline will also make them.

Yeah, I've contacted both Weld and Centerline, and they have no problem doing custom orders, but then the Purners start to look much more attractive. They were really imposing that "Viper Tax"

One of the biggest hurdles other than the large stock Viper brakes is that almost all drag wheels have a "5-star" design which works out from the 5 lugs. Six lugs don't look like they would lend themselves to these designs very easily.

you'll find that very few can make 16" rear wheels with the proper cross section to clear the brakes. the only other that i know of is bbs
