Doesn\'t seem to be the head gaskets....
I put some pressue in the cooling system and found the leak coming from inbetween the block and a triangular metal piece that the hoses attach to just under the center of the windshield. No evidence of water and oil mixing so I dont think there are any other leaks, but there is a pool of coolant on top of the block and the leak shoots it rearward, so Im not too sure. It shoots a stream straight back towards the firewall, looks to be a break in the silicone bead. Now the tough part, can I access this in anyway other than removing the intake manifold, is there a real gasket there aside from the silicone, and most importantly, can there be a break anywhere in the head gaskets that will keep the water and oil from mixing? Anything I missed? Oh ya its a 1995 RT/10, thanks in advance.
