Door key

I put my 2003 SRT on battery saver and the only way to unlock is with the key. It would not open the service mgr. from the dealer came over with the same results. After contacting the TECH. help line we learnt the linkage is sooo long that you have to turn the key to the point it feels like it will break, but it opens. Just thought you conld use this info.

I am told that if you push in a little on the door as you turn the key it will turn much easier: It relieves some of the pressure on the linkage to the lock mechanism. Haven't even tried mine!
