Emblems from R&J Distributing

I ordered the Viper emblems from R&J Distributing. I saw where several other posts that where doing the same thing. The emblems were not what I expected so I contacted Ron, at R&J for a return and a refund. He said I was only his second complaint out of 500 sales and everyone else was happy w/ them but he did a complete refund less his mailing expenses. He said normally there is a 10% restocking fee but he waived it this time.

I appreciated his generosity and fairness. I also thank the "Forum" for the backup option to speak about any vendor good or bad if a problem occurs.

I opted for the OEM from a Dodge dealer for about 65.00 more.
I figure if you spend 80k on a car it deserves an OEM replacement.
