Fog light lenses

Can I still get the clear fog light covers/lenses from Dodge, or are there some other places that these are still available?

Anyone know the part#'s?

I just realized yours are probably the outer cover. I have a 1999 rt and need some new lenses for the stock fog lights only as they are pitted. Let me know if they are the same as my stock ones.
