I noticed that the deal comes with an E-brake relocating kit. Why does it need one if the rears are OEM sizes?

I never mounted the setup on my ACR before I sold it so I dont know for sure BUT Jon B(who I bought the set thru) told me I would because of the wheel offset...Kevin
