Enthusiast
Todays projects included modifying my shifter and changing out my spark plugs (at 1700 miles).
Since I bought my Viper it has had a rough idle- Until I dynoed it last Thursday I assumed that the idle was normal for a 505 cubic inch motor- as I have previously posted I was upset with my relatively low dyno numbers. After looking through many posts on this forum I decided to change the plugs- as I have driven wide open almost every time I have had the car out I did not believe that the problem was the Computer "not learning".
After the plug change I immediately notice a smoother idle- although the plugs looked fine when I took them out their gapping was all over the map.
First impressions is that my Viper pulls harder. I will be dynoing again next week on the same dyno to see the difference.
Thanks for all the helpful advice
