Fuel shut off question,...

I just read somewhere online that the fuel cut is at 6200 RPMs. I always thought it shut off exactly at redline 6000 RPM. I have a 99 RT/10. Does anyone have an answer to this?

Been there, hit that, on both '95 (Gen1) and '99 (Gen2).

(but I certainly don't recommend hitting the rev limiter)

The last time I dynoed my '99, I had them run it up to 6,000, and actually you can see on the graphs that the curves were smooth up to 6,100.
