Geez Does this Car Run!

I know that it is often discussed here about the diferences in performance between the years. But yesterday I had my 2000 GTS out, and I just can't get over how this car runs, when compared to my last Vipers. My '96 GTS surely had a serious advantage over my '94 RT, but this 2000 is unreal! As many of you know I put the Snake-Oyl pipes and K&Ns on, along with the smooth hoses. Other than the required oil changes and a careful break-in, this car is stock. It must be true that the 2000s are stronger, which I have read on this board.

Can you tell me the differences between your 98 performance and your 2000? I am just curious because I was under the impression they were about the same. I made a decision to get the 98 based on the color and that there was no performance difference.
