Gen III wheels & tires

I'm looking for a complete set of Gen III 10 spoke wheels and tires. Looking to pay $2-3K depending on condition of the wheels and treadwear on the tires. Anyone got some they want to sell sitting in their garage? The closer to Atlanta the better.
