Header Leaks?

They will need to be retightened after the first 30 minutes or so of running at normal operating temps. Allow a cooling period and retighten. That should be all that is required.

NOTE: if you have a header or exhaust pipe that is laying on the frame it will cause bolts to vibrate loose over time. I hope you used anti seize on the head to flange bolts.

I've heard that after x number of heat cycles, the headers must be retorqued. I rechecked mine after a few hundred miles and determined that retorquing was not at all necessary.
