Help please...2008 Viper service manual on DVD

I purchased an original Mopar 2008 Viper Service Manual on DVD from the original owner of my 2008 Viper 'vert but it won't work on my computer. I had a computer guy come and see if he could make it work but to no avail. It says "Publication No. 81-270-08030CD" and WWW.Techauthority.com. It also says "2008 Service Information ZB - Viper". Lastly it says "copyright Chrysler LLC". Does anyone have any ideas or have you had similar issues with one you may have? Maybe Mark from Woodhouse could chime in or someone from SRT maybe?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

After you get this screen, you select engine and it goes to inet via a popup. Are you online? Maybe your popup blocker is on?

the DVD works. you HAVE TO make "Internet explorer" your default browser on the internet. it will work after that
