looking for replacement steering wheel emblem piece. does anyone know if these are separate parts or part of replacement of entire center cap of steering wheel? looking for red emblem center piece.........

my estimating software shows a steering wheel cover for $23.50..part tq91dx9aa...i would assume the emblem is included with the cover

fyi.........thats the plastic part behind the wheel, not the center cap. Chuck said center cap is part of air bag.
