How are the certificates being packaged.. what to look for/

Hello;

Lots of solicitations from various Viper dealers, as well as our usual "junk mail" from after the holidays!

Is the cert in a VCA envelope, certified mail, larger envelope, box, etc? I would had to miss it, and want to know what to be watching for!
