Louise Anne Murray, 9 LB 3 OZ, 20.5 inches long, entered the world at 1755 EST, 22 August, 2002.

Our first child.

No complications, easy labor, two pushes and the kid was out. Mother & Daughter are fine, and Father is enjoying cigars.

Surprised the hell out of the hospital staff. Wife was in labor for several hours and said she didn't really feel it. She had requested a bumpy Viper ride a few hours' prior as she was getting impatient (kid was 8 days late), so we did that, she felt a few contractions, and there came Louise a couple of hours after Wife was admitted to the hospital. She gives the Viper some of the credit, but who knows?

I can't think of a better gift than this gift of life, especially in light of the loss of my mother (Louise Virginia Burruss Murray) two years ago (this very same date) due to a tragic accident, when I was attending VOI7.

Best regards to all, (a very happy) George & Wendy Murray

Very Happy Congrats!

Ten fingers, ten toes. . .what more can you ask?
Safe, healthy and happy.

If I had a kid I would have to consider selling my snake to buy Huggies. . .from the look of your "collection", you don't have that problem.

(actually I would sell my house before my beloved Viper)

Congrats, Daddy-O & Yo Mama!

Kids grow up so fast - I remember helping the doctor deliver my daughter (& only child) 18 years ago and now she's a high school senior looking at which college she'll be attending. Spend as much time with your family as you can - she'll be all growm up before you know it.

CONGRADULATIONS!

I'm happy to hear everyone's doing fine and there were no complications.

Now you can kick back and enjoy a little relaxation, because it will be hard to come by for the next couple of years. LOL.

God Bless

THAT´s an absolutely new USE for the Viper - I guess Bob (Lutz) never thought about such a "Viper-feature"...LOL

George,
CONGRATULATIONS!!!

First complete sentence from your new daughter:

"Where's the VIPER keys?"

Best of luck; daughters are forever, our daughter is 40, and is still our little girl !!

Later,

George,
I gotta question for you that I forgot to ask.

If her first boyfriend

drives up in a minivan, are you gonna give him the keys to the Viper?

Congratulations on your new arrival! I know how exciting it can be, even if my most recent memory of a newborn was almost 12 years ago.

39 for two more months

PS. With the greatest of respect, I am going to slide this one over to Off Topic, as you failed to mention you are giving her your Viper as a birthday present.
