Left rear sag

While I normally back the car into the garage, this weekend I parked straight on and noticed that the left rear is lower than the right rear. I took an unofficial measurement from the floor to the top of the wheel well and found the left rear is about 3/8 inch lower (tire pressure not a factor). Quick measurements (and visual) indicate the front is ok. I have not taken measurements on the frame yet.

I just had the 4 wheels aligned and was wondering if alignment affects the ride height.

Thanks

Sounds like this is a take-it-back-where-it-was-aligned issue.

As far as my size, I'm a rock solid 165 pounds ... (about 180 pounds total with age-related baggage)
