Lemke Top Gen1 v Gen2

Recently bought a used Lemke 3 piece for my 95. However, I'm trying to understand what the difference is with the front pins on these tops. Seller had this listed as a Gen 1 top and matches the yellow gen 1 color, but for some reason the front pins are really loose and the top has quite a bit of gap at the front edges. Digging around a little more online, sounds like the early Gen1's needed the longer pins and later Gen 1's and 2's needed different?

Does anyone have knowledge on what exact years need which pins? These are the Lemke vs stock pins and just looks like I need a fatter/shorter pin for my 95?

Maverick, I can't speak to the Lemke tops but G1 softops have model year variations in the front pins.

I've used these pins from the Viper store for a used softop I bought. They are adjustable take a look
