Why don't you just ask the dealership for his contact info?

The dealership can contact the customer and ask if he minds having his name and number given out to potential Viper Buyers. A good dealership would do this for you. If they have nothing to hide. It is a rare instance that previous owner is opposed to answering questions about their car. Especially a Viper owner you know how we like to discuss our cars. I am a Toyota Dealer in Florida and that is just my 2 cents.
