Looking for seat lowering kit

Hi,

I am looking for a seat lowering kit.
At http://www.partsrack.com/ there are two kits available.
1'' adjustable and 2'' not adjustable.

Did somebody installed them ?
What you think of these kits ?

Do a search- these have been covered before.

They work as advertised- not much else you need to know.
