Most accurate measure of power is?

If you want a baseline for comparison over time (eg., year to year), would you use Chassis dyno, or terminal speed in 4th gear? Something else?

If you use the same dyno and same settings every year, that would be the easiest and close enough.

I like trap speed at the drag strip too, drive the same track and launch doesn't really matter, in fact, launch slow, you can still trap high.
