need ACR 4 point harrnesses

I'm looking for a pair of used ACR four point harnesses for my 2000 non-ACR GTS.

What do you attribute the high dyno'd numbers too?
We have very similar set-ups, except for the catbacks. But I wouldn't think my car would dyno numbers like that so I've never had it done.
