Need Pre-Purchase Inspection suggestion in Sacramento?

Hi guys,

I am buying an ACR in Sacramento California, and the owner is a bit hesitant on taking the car to a Doge dealership which I can somewhat understand. Does anyone have a good suggestions for a reputable shop over there that I could set up the PPI with?
