I'll field the first question....

YES! Wash the car with Dawn to get the Zymol and any other contaminates off the car. Dawn is great at removing grease, wax, and road grime, however DO NOT leave your car unprotected after washing it with dawn.

Dawn is very high in alkaline and acids, thus making it very good at removing the waxes and dirt.

I washed my 99 black/silver stripe GTS with dishwashing soap before doing the Zaino and it worked great.

I did not do anything before my first open track event. Before the second event, I installed Porterfield R4 pads and Motul 600 brake fluid.

I have a 2.5 inch Corsa system. It is smooth and quieter then stock at cruise, and a bit louder under acceleration. Opinions about sound vary quite a bit. Also, I have seen quite a bit of variance in horsepower claims. Corsa does not claim extra horsepower.

My GTS has 7000 miles and it continues to feel stronger. Seat of the pants impressions can be inaccurate, but that's the way it feels.
