New Exhaust sound sso much better- Borla

Well I just finally fixed the exhaust on my Viper. After going almost deaf with headers, high flow cats and a set of bullet mufflers in the rear with a cross over tube- This car was obscenely loud. It basically sounded like no muffler at all, and it was impossible to talk in the car at any RPM above 1500. I had a set of the Borla XR-1 Sportsman Race Muffler installed ($150 a piece from Jegs) in the side sills.

The car is now actually a joy to drive. (Or am I just getting old?) I can get on the throttle with out annoying anyone within a 10 block radius, or alerting the police.

Paul, what did you do about cats? They're still in your sig, but I'm guessing this is where your new borlas are now? Are the bullets still in the rear or did you delete them? How does the heat build-up with the muffler compare to the cats in the side sills?
