New Viper logo?

I was reading in Automobile Magazine about the Detroit showing of the '03 Viper, and on the wall behind the car was a large Viper logo, but it wasn't the one we're so familiar with. It was more of a 'head-on' look, with upper and lower fangs. Anyone know anything about this?

The new 2003 logo was launched 13 months ago on the 2000 GTS-R concept car, and re-launched 8/00 incorporated in the VOI.6 logo.

The 1992-2002 logo is "Sneaky Pete"

The 2003 Logo is "Fangs"

As of last week, Dodge was still VERY PROTECTIVE of the new logo. I was not able to secure permission to use it.

That's 'Fang', the new logo. It will replace 'Sneaky Pete' in 2003.

Of course, if my Internet connection didn't time out for 10 minutes while trying to post this, I wouldn't be Mr. Redundant...

Hibernating? In California? Nahhhhh!
I just started routinely monitoring this board a couple months ago, so i hadn't seen any mention of it. Then I see this new logo staring me in the face. Not sure if I like it as much as the "old" logo.
